F\u00fcr uns war allein die Zugfahrt schon ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!<\/p><p>Auf 2320 Metern \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel, wo wir beim Umsteigen ein paar Treppen steigen mussten, konnten wir die H\u00f6he zum ersten Mal sp\u00fcren. Der H\u00f6henwechsel wirkt sich bei jedem anders aus. W\u00e4hrend einige, wie wir, es sp\u00fcren, sind andere \u00fcberhaupt nicht betroffen.<\/p><p>Wir konnten jedoch sp\u00fcren, wie die Luft ein wenig d\u00fcnner wurde. Ausserdem wirkte das Treppensteigen ein klein wenig anstrengender als sonst. M. Die unterirdische Bahnstation ist in den ber\u00fchmten Eiger gebohrt. Sie erm\u00f6glicht den Fahrg\u00e4sten auf dem Weg hinauf zum Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe - auf magische Weise den Blick auf das Eismeer und damit, in nur f\u00fcnf Minuten, eine Zeitreise von vielen tausend Jahren. Einer meiner Lieblingsaussichtspunkte w\u00e4hrend dieses Trips!<\/p><h3><strong>Die Sache mit der H\u00f6he...<\/strong><\/h3><p>Als die Jungfraubahn ihr Ziel auf 3454 m \u00fc. Stimmt! F\u00fcr uns pers\u00f6nlich bedeutete es, dass wir uns in den ersten Momenten in dieser H\u00f6he ein wenig schwindlig und irgendwie \"anders\" f\u00fchlten.<\/p><p>Aber was genau ist die H\u00f6hen- oder Bergkrankheit und wie kann sie uns beeintr\u00e4chtigen?<\/p><p>Das Wichtigste zuerst: Die H\u00f6henkrankheit tritt auf, wenn man in gro\u00dfen H\u00f6hen nicht genug Sauerstoff aus der Luft bekommt. Dies passiert am h\u00e4ufigsten bei Menschen, die nicht an grosse H\u00f6hen gew\u00f6hnt sind, wie z. B. uns. Sie tritt typischerweise erst oberhalb von 2.500 Metern auf, obwohl einige von uns auch von niedrigeren H\u00f6hen betroffen sind.<\/p><p>Die andere Hauptursache ist der schnelle Wechsel von einer niedrigeren zu einer h\u00f6heren H\u00f6he, zum Beispiel mit dem Zug. Jeder Mensch reagiert unterschiedlich auf gro\u00dfe H\u00f6hen. Das Fitnessniveau senkt das Risiko nicht. \u00dcber diese Information haben wir uns besonders gefreut, als wir langsam den Weg entlang \"geschwankt\" sind und versucht haben, den Dreh rauszukriegen!<\/p><h3><strong>Ein wenig H\u00f6henkrankheit &amp; Eine-360-Grad-Visual-Show<\/strong><\/h3><p>Zum Gl\u00fcck kann man sich ganz auf das \"flaue\" Gef\u00fchl einlassen und muss sich keine Gedanken machen, was man tun oder wohin man gehen soll. Besonders Krisztian, der Arme.\u00a0<\/p><p>Lasst mich versuchen, das Bild f\u00fcr euch zu beschreiben (Jungfraujoch-Team, bitte nehmt es nicht pers\u00f6nlich!)<\/p><p>Nun, nehmen wir mal an, dass wir auf 3454 m \u00fc. d. M. angekommen sind und leichte Symptome der H\u00f6henkrankheit versp\u00fcren.<\/p><p>Nehmen wir nun weiter an, dass das Tragen einer Maske \u00fcber Nase und Mund f\u00fcr 90 Minuten die Sauerstoffaufnahme nicht gerade verbessert hat.<\/p><p>Und schliesslich, nehmen wir an, die 360-Grad-Visual-Show, w\u00fcrde aus schnell bewegten Grafiken vom Boden bis zur Decke bestehen. Laut ert\u00f6nende Kl\u00e4nge, wie im Kino. Gigantische Bergwelten, die uns umkreisten. Es war sehr beeindruckend und ich pers\u00f6nlich habe es sehr genossen! Ein bisschen Drama, aber wir haben uns zusammengerissen und weiter gemacht!<\/p><p>N\u00e4chster Halt, Aussichtsplattform der Sphinx auf 3571 m \u00fc. M. Der schnellste Lift der Schweiz brachte uns in nur 27 Sekunden auf die Plattform. Wahnsinn! Das Panorama, das sich uns bot, war einfach unglaublich. Der M\u00f6nch (4.107 m \u00fc.d.M.), markanter Zweiter im ber\u00fchmten Berg-Trio - Eiger, M\u00f6nch und Jungfrau. Wir nahmen die unglaublich sch\u00f6ne und faszinierende Alpenwelt aus Eis und Schnee mit allen Sinnen in uns auf.<\/p><p>Und dann fing Krisztian an, die V\u00f6gel mit unseren selbstgemachten K\u00e4sest\u00e4bchen zu f\u00fcttern, nat\u00fcrlich mit Schweizer Gruyere-K\u00e4se gemacht. Schaut euch das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=b0yfrfwJzm8\">Video an<\/a>, um ein Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr dieses wunderbare Bergerlebnis zu bekommen. Der Erlebnisrundgang \"Alpine Sensation\" erz\u00e4hlt in Bildern, Licht und Musik, von der Gegenwart und der Vergangenheit des Tourismus in der Jungfrau Region. Der Rundweg mit seinen vielen Ecken und Wegen erstreckt sich heute auf \u00fcber 1000 Quadratmetern.
